Eligibility Criteria

Not more than 57 years

Education Qualification

The Director General shall be appointed from the field of technology, Science, Public Administration, Skill Development or Management, and shall not have completed more than sixty years of age as on the last date of application.
He/she shall be a person of high repute in academics/Skill Development and have significant credentials to support the same.
The person to be appointed as a Director General should be a
- distinguished academician, with a minimum of ten years’ of experience as Professor in a University OR
- ten years’ of experience at an equivalent level in a reputed research and / or academic administrative organization with
  proof of having demonstrated academic leadership OR
- ten years of experience at an equivalent level in industry or organization, in skilling/vocational education or training

Salary/Pay Scale

The Pay of Director General shall be fixed at Rs. 2,10,000/- (Fixed) with the existing special allowance of Rs. 5000/- per month.
The term of office of the Director General shall be determined by the Board for a period not exceeding three years. He/she shall be eligible for reappointment for one more term not exceeding three years.
The terms and conditions of the services will be those as set forth in the Act, Regulations and manuals of the University.

Copy Advance copy of application/nomination may be sent via mail on registrar@kaushalyaskilluniversity.ac.in.
Last date of receipt of Application is 16/10/2023, 05.00 PM. The application in sealed cover for the post of Director General, KSU must reach the office of Registrar, Kaushalya The Skill University, Mahatma Gandhi Labour Institute (MGLI) Campus, Drive-in-Road,
Memnagar, Ahmedabad-380052 on or before the last date of receipt of application. Applications received after the due date shall not be taken into consideration.
