Eligibility Criteria

Education Qualification

Event Manager	Postgraduate degree Computer proficiency, knowledge of working on MS Office Knowledge Of both English and Hindi languages Desirable-MBA in Marketing, Advertising or PostGraduate degree in Event Management Experience: 3-5 years in event management, public relations, media, Govt relations with a proven track record of dealing with senior govt. officials. Experience in the publishing sector will be preferred. Age limit: 45 years
Research & Literary Curator	Bachelor’s degree, preferably in literature/humanities/social sciences 3-5 years of experience with literary event/event planning management Age limit: 35 years
Executive Assistant	Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university Age limit: 35 years
Comic Book Artist	Graduate in Fine Arts, Graphic Desisn, or a related field At least 02-03 years of experience as a comic book artist, with a portfolio of published work Age Limit – Below 35 years
Illustrator	Graduate in FineArts, Graphic Design, or a related field At least 03 years Of experience as an Illustrator, with a portfolio of published or exhibited work that demonstrates proficiency in a range of styles and media Age Limit – Below 35 years
Assistant Editor /Hindi	A Master’s degree in Hindi from a recognized university Proficiency in a specific language -written (typing), oral Five years’ experience in editing, translation, creative writing, proof reading and book production Upper Age Limit -50 Years

Salary /Pay Scale

Event Manager	Rs.1 Lakh
Research & Literary Curator	Rs.65,000 -Rs.70,000/ month
Executive Assistant	Rs.30,000 -Rs.40,000/ month
Comic Book Artist	Rs 40,000/-to Rs 50,000/-
Illustrator	Rs 40,000/-to Rs 50,000/-
Assistant Editor	Rs. 60,000/-to 65,000/-
