Manager – Urban & Regional Planner	Master of Planning specializing in Urban & Regional Planning/ Industrial Area Planning & Management/ Environmental Planning/ Infrastructure Planning from a recognized university Minimum of 7 years of working experience post qualification
Assistant Manager – Transport Planner	Post-Graduate in Transport Planning/Urban Transport Planning/Transportation Engineering Minimum of 4 years of working experience post qualification

Dholera Industrial City Development Ltd Vacancy 2020 Details

Junior Manager

The objective of the Role:

To assist in the implementation and management of infrastructure-based projects in Dholera SIR (Activation Area) by the company

Responsibilities:

On ground Monitoring of Earth filling of Plots, Canal Slope protection work, River Bunding, construction of Service Area Buildings, and Interior work of SPV Building.
Attending witness tests as and when required in concerned projects.
Preparing and forwarding site visit observations of concern project and forward to PMNC, EE, and Contractor to improve Quality at the site.
Attending weekly review meetings for quality at the site.
Evaluating MPR of Contractor of concerned projects.

Contract Time:

The Contractual Appointment will be initially for a period of 3 years which can be extended for further period based on the year on year performance.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limits

Maximum 30 Years

Education Qualification

Graduate in Civil Engineering.
A post-graduate degree in Geotechnical/Construction Management would be preferable.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of working experience post qualification in planning & construction of projects of one or more of the following: Earth filling, River Bunding/Training, slope protection of canals, building construction, landscape development work and Interior work of commercial buildings.
Experience of working with EPC contracts would be an added advantage

Skills:

Knowledge of quantity survey will be an added advantage
Knowledge of various Quality tests for construction material.
Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals.
Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Good analytical ability.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Salary/Pay Scale

3-6 Lacs Par Year
